OPPORTUNITY: A Chicago-based baker was ready to transform her home baking hobby into a brick & mortar business complete with an e-commerce shopping experience. She needed a brand name and identity that would elevate her craft and convey the nuanced love and attention that went into creating her product line of indulgent treats.
SOLUTION: With Love Baked Goods was created to evoke feelings of joy and satisfaction you feel when indulging in a one-of-a-kind dessert. The brand ID was followed with a product and lifestyle photoshoot to capture the authenticity of both the brand and the line of baked goods, all made with fresh local ingredients and of course, love. We designed a user-intuitive, fully responsive e-commerce website experience, complete with pick-up and delivery scheduling and a complete CRM system to maintain contact with a growing customer base. Social profiles were created and populated with content encouraging customers to indulge and treat themselves to the best cookies they’ll ever taste. Print collateral, including packaging and baking instructions, were designed to transport With Love from digital into the customer’s home, rounding out the brand experience.
